YOUR OPERATION

Customer access checked

No document chase.

The customer can open the authorized receipt. Nobody has to find and resend it.

An answer for them. One less interruption for you.

SERVICE THAT DOESN’T DEPEND ON ONE PERSON

Your best customer shouldn’t need your best dispatcher’s cell number to get an answer.

The request, the context and what happened next stay connected. Your people can focus on the conversations that need their experience.

01

When someone is away

The next person can see the request and its history without starting over.

02

When customers follow up

They can see the state of their work and the documents available to them.

03

When a request needs judgment

It reaches the responsible team with context. Acknowledged doesn’t mean approved.

A BETTER EXPERIENCE, ON BOTH SIDES

Meet your customers where they work.

Self-service for the customer who wants it. Clear ownership when a request needs your team. Keep the customer’s context with the conversation.

Order visibility

Order status, delivery updates and available documents, scoped to the customers each user can access.

Customer context

Requests, prior conversations and order history help your team understand what the customer needs.

Your team owns the decision

The appropriate workflow approves and carries out a change. Portal keeps the customer informed of its progress.

A few practical questions.

Do all our customers have to use the portal?

Customers can use Portal to find order status and documents themselves. We work through your customer channels and communication needs with your team, including how email fits the operation.

Can one customer see another customer’s information?

Access is scoped to authorized customers, with document type permissions configured for each. Your team invites users and determines which customer accounts and documents they can access.

Does acknowledging a change mean it has been approved?

No. Acknowledgement means the request was received. The responsible business workflow determines whether it needs clarification, approval or rejection. Customers should be able to distinguish a pending request from a confirmed change.

Does our team need to maintain another set of order records?

Portal connects customer visibility to the order and document information in your existing systems. Your TMS remains the system of record for execution; we agree which sources and updates are included in your rollout.
