ORDER-TO-CASH AUTOMATION / THE ROI STRESS TEST
Your monthly upside.
Your assumptions.
Lower labor costs. More accessorials collected. Fewer software bills. Start with our conservative case, then put it under more pressure.
Built from cautious assumptions at an already well-run carrier. Give us even less credit and see what happens.
Counting 100% of modeled benefits. Full Navion fee.

$2 / completed order · billed monthly
Illustrative monthly run rate at full adoption. Not a month-one forecast or a verified return.
Where do these numbers come from?
A planning example, not measured results. At 750 orders a day:
Labor
Order entry: 7.4 → 5 people-equivalent workloads. Dispatch/ops review: 11 → 6. Billing: 7 → 4. Loaded annual cost: $90k for entry/ops; $70k for billing. Staffing scales with volume. Only payroll, overtime, contractors or planned hiring actually avoided counts as financial savings.
Accessorials
20% of orders × $150 in charges. Missed revenue is 15% of that baseline; Navion recovers 65% of the missed amount. That means 9.75% more collected, with no additional service cost assumed.
Software
$2,500 per month in subscriptions you actually retire. Your TMS stays. This amount does not scale with order volume.
No dollar value assigned to earlier cash collection, better load planning or calmer handoffs. The percentage above reduces all included benefits equally. Fees stay at $2 per completed order.

Value before your first payment.
First value in month one.
“Our operation is different.”
That’s why your own freight is the test. We start with your customer requirements, order history and exceptions. Your team confirms the checks and approves how they evolve. The agreed rollout covers order requests, dispatch/ops review and billing kickbacks alongside your TMS.
What exactly happens before we pay?
We agree the scope, baseline, measurement period and financial benefits that count. Verified benefit must exceed the Navion fees for the same orders and period before your first payment. Each benefit counts once. Contract terms are agreed before setup; billing is monthly.
