Do we need new tank hardware?
KeepFill works with inventory sources such as supported customer portals, emailed reports and telemetry. We first check which sources you have and how they can be connected; new source types may require integration work.
What happens when readings stop arriving?
Missing readings need attention, not false certainty. The existing workflow alerts administrators when there is a reading gap of 24 hours or more. We agree how your team handles affected sites and replenishment decisions during setup.
Can dispatch change the plan?
Yes. Your team can override schedules, set custom quantities and disable automation where needed. Dispatch retains control of delivery execution in the TMS.
Does KeepFill replace our TMS?
No. KeepFill supports the work upstream of dispatch by turning inventory information into replenishment requests. We agree the connection to your existing TMS and the handoff your team needs.
